Originally from a farming background, Kate’s fascination with business, and achieving business success, determined her switch to a career in finance.

Her experience has helped revolutionise clients’ abilities to assess their profitability and deal with any potential financial issues before they become problems, Accountability-Plus is an extension of this – a complete business support solution, by a dedicated team, to assist growing businesses. Kate’s relaxation of choice is propagating plants – digging, weeding, watering and generally getting her hands dirty.

Office Manager

Donna has gained experience across many different industries. Donna’s strengths are project management, admin & remaining unflappable in every scenario.

When not organising our clients’ day to day admin structure, Donna enjoys nothing more than getting out of her comfort zone, at height and usually involving zip wires.

Annette has experience of managing Finance Departments in several industries for over 20 years. After many years of commuting, Annette decided a better work life balance was required.
