This international standard is one of the most widely adopted and is published by the International Standards Organization (ISO). It ensures that organisations strive to meet and exceed customers and regulatory requirements through continuous improvement.
To achieve ISO 9001 status our team at AccountAbility-Plus were required to develop a quality management system. This system consistently defines all company processes and provides us with a framework to measure and improve upon what we do, particularly concerning exceeding customer’s requirements.
Kate said: “We have always been known for our quality of work and commitment to providing customer satisfaction. This successful accreditation provides our customers with further confidence and demonstrates our commitment to the continuous improvement of their services. Our team were involved throughout the process and have embraced the company’s new standards and procedures.”
